The Africa collection from IT'S A TUFT WORLD: Rugs and Wall art by Makel Designs provide several options and endless possibilities surrounding powerful statements, imagery and concepts from African culture. If you don't see exactly what you like, choose the custom option, as it will allow you to request a new colour scheme.

It's a TUFT World: Rugs and Wall Art are handmade and one-of-a-kind pieces. The back of each piece is finished with details about the motif/symbol, Ankara or a matching fabric binding for a clean, finished look. The wall art pieces have a hardboard back and hanging hardware installed.

These pieces add a touch of cultural symbolism functionally and artistically. Symbols are great reminders as we rise, live the day and reflect in the evening.

The pieces are highly customizable beyond the options offered here. Also, note that some details and Color tones(as viewed on different devices) may vary slightly once completed. Each piece is made by hand and may be somewhat different in colour due to yarn dye lots.

Depending on the orientation or shape of the artwork (portrait, landscape, square, rectangular), a custom finished piece will fit as much as possible within the following dimensions: Small (15 "W x18 "L/H), Medium (25 "W x30 "L/H) and large (63 "W x63" L/H). If you want a particular size within the dimensions mentioned, include those details in the order comments. If there are no specifications in the order notes, the item will be produced according to the digital sample image.
