These are available in 3 sizes, 3 wiring finishes and are a ONE OF A KIND custom item with a 1 week lead for shipping. 

Small stones less than 1" Medium Stones 1-1.5", Large stones 1.5-2.5".

The neck piece is mounted on a leather cord with sliding knots.
